Here is an easy and relaxing way to massage your scalp:
- Brush your hair out
- Dip your fingers in olive oil
- Gently massage your entire scalp for 15 minutes
- Wrap your hair in a warm towel (wring out the water) for 10 minutes
- Rinse oil out with warm water
- Proceed to wash and deep condition your hair
- I found it to be relaxing (I almost fell asleep).
- You can feel how invigorating this is after you are done massaging! It is as if I could feel the increase in blood circulation.
