- Boiled eggs: great in salads, tuna, or sliced with salt and pepper for breakfast
- Scrambled eggs: mix in some potatoes, green onions, bell peper and oil. That's a yummy treat!
- Fried eggs: on an English muffin, on toast or just over a bagel. I love fried eggs!
How to incorporate them into your hair regimen
- Make your own deep conditioner
- Whip 2 eggs, one cup of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of lemon/lime juice, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Apply the mixture to your hair and leave on for 10-20 minutes
- Add egg to your conditioner as a protein treatment
- Put some conditioner in a bowl and whip in 1-2 eggs. Apply to your hair as conditioner
